At Bright Futures Psychiatry we engage the entire patient. Depending on your willingness to participate, our tailored approach can include psychotherapy. Psychotherapy simply means talking through various issues that are causing the client stress.

Bright Futures Psychiatry uses a form of psychotherapy known as cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) which allows the provider access to environmental, emotional and other stress points the client may be experiencing. These stress points can be engaged to provide the client with the tools to manage and/or alleviate their continuation into the future.
