Twila A., Leadership Team
I am a wife and a mom of 2. I have a 8 month old grandson and being a grandma is one of the best joys out there.
I am a Colorado native and would never want to live anywhere else. There's nothing like waking up and seeing the mountains everyday.
I changed careers about three years ago to come into the mental health field and I absolutely love it. Everyday is something new and never the same. I enjoy helping others and would not change my decision.
I coined my own practice philosophy as ‘integrated connectivity’. We are often disconnected in our current society and I feel that incorporating the development of meaningful connections for an individual should be a key part of my practice. Modeling mindfulness and practicing with intention I believe will assist us all in our journey of self-discovery and wellness.
